terms of service
Last updated June 3, 2026
These are the terms for using FlowMax (“the app”). By using it, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and human.
Using FlowMax
- You can use FlowMax for personal focus and productivity. Be reasonable — don’t abuse, attack, or try to break the service for others.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.
- Don’t use FlowMax for anything illegal, or to harass other people on the leaderboard or in shared rooms.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or game the leaderboard with fake data.
Your content
Tasks, session data, and anything you create stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you (and, where you choose, on the leaderboard or to friends).
Plans & payments
FlowMax is currently free. If and when paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and handled by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time; you keep access through the period you’ve paid for.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard is meant to be a gentle, motivating bit of co-presence — not a competition to win at all costs. Some demo activity may be shown to keep new boards lively while the community grows; your own focus time is always your real recorded time.
Availability
We aim to keep FlowMax running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties. We’re a small team and may change, pause, or remove features. We’ll give notice for anything major.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FlowMax and its makers aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from using (or being unable to use) the app. FlowMax is a focus timer — not a substitute for professional, medical, or mental-health advice.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and announce material changes in-app. Continuing to use FlowMax means you accept the updated terms.
